Gabriela Barbosa is a licensed real estate broker in Puerto Rico (Lic. C‑20066) and Co‑Founder of PR Smart Choice Real Estate, a firm specializing in residential properties, investment opportunities, and strategic advisory services within the Puerto Rico real estate market.

With a strong background in market analysis and negotiation strategies, Gabriela focuses on guiding buyers, sellers, and investors in identifying high‑value opportunities and maximizing the potential of real estate assets. She holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, which validates her expertise in comparative market analysis and strategic property pricing.

Within the real estate industry, Gabriela has also distinguished herself through her organizational, leadership, and institutional management skills. These qualities led her to become one of the youngest Directors of the San Juan Board of REALTORS® in recent decades. Her dedication to the organization and to the advancement of the profession later led to her election as Treasurer of the San Juan Board of REALTORS®, where she contributed to strengthening governance and initiatives benefiting the membership.

She currently serves as Chair of the Communications Committee of the San Juan Board of REALTORS®, leading efforts to enhance institutional communication, increase the Board’s visibility, and improve access to relevant information for real estate professionals.

In parallel, her expertise in technology, digital marketing, and brand positioning has played a key role in the growth and projection of PR Smart Choice Real Estate, helping build a strong presence across digital platforms and social media while expanding the firm’s reach within Puerto Rico’s competitive real estate market.
