Elizabeth Alemar Jiménez is a Puerto Rico real estate broker, entrepreneur, and industry leader committed to advancing professional excellence, continuing education, and investment opportunities within the real estate community.

She is the Founder and Principal Broker of PR Smart Choice Real Estate, a boutique brokerage specializing in residential properties, luxury homes, and real estate investment opportunities throughout Puerto Rico. Through her brokerage, Elizabeth provides strategic guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors seeking opportunities in Puerto Rico’s dynamic real estate market.

Elizabeth served as President of the San Juan Board of REALTORS® in 2024, where she led initiatives focused on strengthening professional standards, increasing membership engagement, and expanding continuing education opportunities for real estate professionals.

Previously, in 2023, she served as Chair of the Continuing Education Committee of the San Juan Board of REALTORS®, helping develop programs that support the professional growth and ongoing education of REALTORS®.

At the Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS® (PRAR), Elizabeth served as Chair of the Annual Achievement Awards Nominations Committee and contributed to governance initiatives, including the development of committee bylaws based on her experience in organizational leadership and board governance.

Elizabeth is also an industry speaker and panel moderator, participating in seminars and professional events focused on leadership, innovation, and professional development within the real estate industry.

Before entering real estate, Elizabeth built a successful 18‑year career in telecommunications with NEC Business Communications, where she worked 15 years as Senior Account Executive and later served as General Manager for Puerto Rico for three years. During her corporate career she earned more than 14 President’s Club Awards, consistently exceeding corporate sales goals by over 120 percent.

Her corporate leadership experience combined with her real estate expertise has positioned her as a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, developers, and investors seeking real estate opportunities throughout Puerto Rico.
