Elizabeth Alemar Jiménez is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in communications and more than a decade as a Broker and co-founder of PR Smart Real Estate. Her career began in the corporate world, where she worked as a Senior Account Executive and later as Sales and Marketing Manager for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. As a leader in the real estate industry, she has successfully sold and rented over 1,000 properties, helping thousands of families find their ideal homes. Her expertise in incentives and tax relief programs, such as Act 20/22 (now Act 60), has allowed her to identify untapped business opportunities and establish herself as an expert in this market segment.
